Our Service Department

Customer satisfaction is a critical part of our business. Since Outdoor Sports Center, Inc. deals in only premium quality RV products, customer problems are few.

General repair, but not mechanical work, is available on all travel trailers and pop-ups-even on motorhomes. We do service what we sell, and exceptions are made, depending on the situation.

We are concerned about getting service work taken care of as quickly as possible. Our customers always come first, and the customer responses we get back prove it. For eight consecutive years, Outdoor Sports Center has received Fleetwood Industries' "Circle of Excellence Award" for 100% customer satisfaction.

Owner, Levon Koltookian, speaks with pride about his family being in business since 1927 in Concord. Outdoor Sports Center, Inc. opened in 1965. Levon has been involved with the RV business since he was 10 years old. His experience is your advantage.
